Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit we88my's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless we88my and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Platform.

we88my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
• Account belonging to a person under the age of 21;
• Request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, we88my may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

we88my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
